• "Services" refers to all web development, design, SEO, branding, and maintenance services offered.
• "Client" refers to the individual or business engaging our services.
• "Website" refers to tradedigital.ca.

2. Services

TradeDigital.ca provides website development and digital presence solutions for Canadian trades professionals. Scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees are outlined in a Service Agreement.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate content and information for the website
• Respond to feedback and approval requests promptly
• Maintain confidentiality of website login credentials
• Comply with applicable laws

4. Fees and Payment

• Fees are outlined in pricing page or Service Agreement
• Payment terms are net 15 days from invoice
• Hosting and domain fees are separate unless specified
• All fees in Canadian Dollars (CAD)

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the Client owns all final website deliverables. TradeDigital.ca retains the right to display the website in our portfolio.

6. Limitation of Liability

We cannot guarantee specific business outcomes. Our total liability shall not exceed fees paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and Canada.
